Chinese zodiac year boundaries

The Chinese zodiac year has two defensible start dates every year, and this dataset gives both. By the popular rule the animal turns at Chinese New Year; by the solar rule that bazi uses, it turns at Li Chun, around February 4. A birthday between the two dates belongs to a different animal under each rule. For every year from 1900 to 2100, the table lists both dates plus the animal, its five-element stem, and the gānzhī (sexagenary) year name — all computed from an ephemeris, not hand-typed.
